So, in the last few articles, we have been talking about willpower, self-improvement, productivity, and procrastination. Now, there is a lot you can do to help you be more creative and productive such as drinking coffee, clean the work environment, removing distractions, and fighting procrastination.

Your brain is the same as a stubborn or uncontrollable horse or a monkey. It doesn’t stay put and goes here and there. Now you have to catch the horse or the monkey and take control over them. It can be achieved by practice. Whenever your brain goes here and there, you need to catch it and get back to work, same as a horseman. Consider yourself a horseman and your brain as a horse. The horse will always resist and try to break free, but the horseman will not give up and finally, he would be able to control the horse and ride him. The same thing will happen to you, with continued practice, you would be able to control your mind and do the things you are meant to do.
You will fail so many times, but by not giving up, you will achieve it. After that, it will be easier for you to execute tasks and you will bypass every urge of procrastination or temptation that will come in your way.

-Take a shower
-Do some push-ups or any other physical exercise. It will boost your morale and willingness to work.
-Reward yourself with a good coffee or some nice music or something nice to eat every time you take breaks.
See, that’s the power of habits. You have to build a new habit over a bad habit. At this time you are building a new habit over procrastinate. Creating some new habits might actually be easier than you think. And habits have the power to change your life.
